Happi Hour pieces are released in limited drops — some made to order, others in small batches. This keeps things intentional and low-waste, and means our policies may differ slightly from traditional retail.

Processing Time

  • Made-to-order items: Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

 

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary during high-volume periods or product drops.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns + Exchanges

 

General Policy

Due to the limited nature of our drops and made-to-order items, all sales are final.

 

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In-Stock Items (Limited Batches)

We may accept returns on select in-stock items only if:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Approved by our team prior to return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Exceptions (We’ll Always Make It Right)

We will absolutely take care of you if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Refunds / Replacements

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
